Meet Janice

EXECUTIVE MENTOR

Guiding leaders who are profit and purpose-driven to lead with innovation and authenticity, as they embody their truth and vision, creating a global impact for generations to come.

With an extensive career in client care, leadership, and community development, I have worked across multiple countries with a variety of industry leaders, which has given me a vast experience in business leadership and a deep understanding of broader human needs. I support leaders through empowering change, helping them craft their vision and own a path aligned with their values. Across all areas of my work, including trauma‑informed care, I bring advanced training and supportive practices to facilitate effective, lasting transformation.

It is with my boldness, tenacity, and unwavering passion for humanity and life itself, I will continue to challenge social structures and collaborate with thought leaders who are doing the same. Alongside continuous professional development, it is my devotion to personal growth and my daily practice that forms the stable foundation to my work, and fuels ongoing transformation in the partnerships around me.

I provide a grounded and compassionate space for you to explore your depth, move beyond your limitations and step into your truth and authenticity as a leader.

Based in Sydney, Australia, I am taking inquiries for clients who are ready and willing to lead with greater innovation, mastery and embodiment in their industry.

May Collective’s Approach

In life energy leads and strategy follows. By cultivating deep self-awareness, we expand our inner range to embody our innate strengths and capabilities. This allows us to hold our vision with clarity, influence change on a global scale, and lead in alignment with our truth and authenticity.

Combining modern science with ancient philosophy, May Collective supports the evolution of leadership through a deeper understanding of the energetic dynamics within ourselves and our businesses. Just as nature moves in cycles, so too do we as individuals and the systems within our organisations. Leading from a data-informed embodied perspective requires a breadth of openness, self-trust, and self-responsibility.
